- 01We recommend servicing your aircon every 3 to 4 months for residential units and monthly for commercial units. Regular servicing improves cooling efficiency, extends the lifespan of your unit, and helps prevent costly breakdowns.
- 02Our standard servicing includes: Cleaning of air filters and front panel Vacuuming the drainage system to prevent leaks Checking refrigerant pressure Inspection of the fan coil unit System performance testing
- 03Chemical Wash: A deep clean of the coil without removing the unit. Ideal for moderately dirty units. Chemical Overhaul: Full dismantling of the unit to clean all internal parts. Recommended for units with severe clogging, bad odors, or poor cooling.
- 04If you notice any of the following, you may need a repair, not just servicing: No cold air despite cleaning Water leakage Strange noises or smells Aircon turning on/off by itself Our technicians can diagnose the issue during a visit and advise the best solution
- 05Absolutely. All our technicians have more than 10 years of field experience, are professionally trained, and follow BCA and NEA guidelines to ensure safe, compliant aircon work in Singapore
- 06For a standard service of 1 unit, it typically takes 20 minutes. Chemical cleaning or multiple units may take longer, but we always work efficiently and cleanly.
